Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using PartsGPT, including through an MCP client, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

PartsGPT helps users search for vehicle parts, compare available information, communicate through chat, and access related commerce features. Search results, AI-generated responses, compatibility details, prices, inventory, shipping estimates, and supplier information may change and may contain errors.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your account and MCP credentials, verify part compatibility before purchase or installation, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected systems, or use automated access beyond the interfaces and limits we provide.

Orders and third-party services

Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and carriers. Additional supplier, payment processor, or carrier terms may apply. Final pricing, availability, taxes, shipping, returns, and warranties are determined by the applicable checkout information and provider policies.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. PartsGPT is not a substitute for inspection by a qualified automotive professional. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms and may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
