When you use an MCP integration, we may also receive tool requests, tool responses, client information, timestamps, and technical diagnostics.
How we use information
We use information to provide parts search and commerce features, operate and secure the service, complete requested transactions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot integrations, and improve service quality.
Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with providers that help us host the service, process payments, deliver orders, supply parts data, monitor reliability, and provide AI functionality. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to applicable law and necessary retention obligations. You may also disconnect PartsGPT from your MCP client at any time through that client's settings.
